Front & Back Design

  • File Format: PNG with transparent background (recommended)
  • Color Mode: RGB (not CMYK)
  • Optimal File Size: 8-12 MB
  • Maximum File Size: 25 MB
  • Safe Print Area: Keep important elements within 12" x 16" (centered)

  • Handle Position: Right side (90° blank space)

⚠️ Important: Keep text and important elements at least 0.25" (6mm) from the edges. The handle area will remain blank.

Best Practices

DO

  • Use high-resolution images (300 DPI)
  • Keep designs centered on chest area
  • Use transparent backgrounds for apparel
  • Test designs on different colored garments
  • Keep text readable (minimum 12pt)
  • Use vector graphics when possible
  • Compress images to 8-12 MB

DON'T

  • Use low-resolution images (<150 DPI)
  • Place important elements near edges
  • Use very thin lines (<0.5pt)
  • Use CMYK color mode
  • Exceed 25 MB file size
  • Use copyrighted images without permission
  • Forget to check design at actual size

Supported File Formats

PNG (Recommended)

Best for designs with transparency. Perfect for t-shirts and hoodies where you want the garment color to show through.

JPEG

Good for photo-realistic designs and mugs. Use 85-90% quality for optimal file size.

PDF

Acceptable for vector designs. Ensure all fonts are embedded or outlined.
