1. Shipping Options
Sellers may choose from the following approved shipping partners:
InPost
via the InPost App
Royal Mail
Trusted nationwide delivery
DPD
Fast and reliable service
Important: Sellers must ensure proper packaging and accurate addressing for timely and secure delivery.
2. Shipping Timelines
Items must be shipped within 72 hours of purchase.
Failure to ship in time will lead to automatic cancellation of the order.
3. Collection Policy
Buyers opting for local collection must do so in accordance with the shipping provider's collection terms and in coordination with the seller.
4. Returns & Disputes
General Return Policy:
Returns are generally not accepted, unless under the following conditions:
Eligible Return Scenarios:
The product is significantly different from the listing
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
Dispute Process:
Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless decided otherwise during resolution.
EcoKartUK's Customer Support will investigate and make a final, binding decision.
5. Payment Terms
Buyer payments are made to EcoKartUK and securely held in a holding account.
Payment is released to the seller:
When the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, or
Automatically after 48 hours of delivery, if no dispute is raised.
Important: No disputes will be accepted beyond the 48-hour window after delivery.
6. EcoKartUK Service Contribution
Your contributions help us maintain a high-quality, eco-conscious marketplace.
Sellers:
Private Sellers:
• Free for up to 100 products/month
• 3% fee on bill amount beyond 100 products
Business Sellers (Registered Ltd Companies):
• Flat 3% fee on total bill amount
Buyers:
A 5% buyer fee is added at checkout, based on the product price.
7. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
For support, submit a query via the online contact form.
Our team aims to respond within 24 hours.
Sellers must address buyer issues within 24 hours.
In unresolved cases, EcoKartUK's decision will be final and binding.
8. Feedback & Loyalty Points
We believe in community trust, recognition, and reward.
Feedback System:
• Buyers are prompted to leave feedback after every purchase.
• If no feedback is submitted within 48 hours of delivery, a standard automatic feedback will be applied.
Loyalty Program:
• Every successful purchase or sale earns 10 EcoKart Loyalty Points.
• Points can be redeemed as per the latest EcoKartUK Loyalty Bonus Policy, available on the website.
